How Are You Dealing With Grief From
the Loss of Your Loved One
By Deborah Heneghan
We all have lost someone near and dear to our heart at
some point in our life, whether to natural causes,
illnesses, or tragedy. No matter the cause, it hurts
each of us so deeply and affects us in different ways. I
have spent the last twenty-three years working through
and dealing with my sister's death, and have been ever
so blessed to receive her help from the other side.
My sister and I have grown together through the years
since her death, healing each other from one dimension
to the next... despite our apparent "distance." Most
surprising to me, is how her passing has given me the
courage to take risks, to dream exciting adventures, to
savor every moment. She taught me to experience life to
the fullest, and my journey here has therefore taken on
more profound meaning. I now live for the two of us.
This may sound odd, but what started off as a bit of a
lark-a reactive idea from a heartbroken teenager-has
become my lifelong practice. The gifts of expanding the
vision of my life from one of self-centered living to
that of union are miraculous.
It is my greatest wish that you'll enjoy the tips and
techniques I've used to bridge the gap between
worlds-tapping into your own divine connection and the
freedom of this two-way communication I believe we're
all meant to have. I'll show you how to ask for and
interpret signs that might be right in front of your
face, forge powerful communications, encourage blessings
from your loved ones and the angels, and how to use both
your angel log and your dreams to better tap into divine
guidance. You may not have any desire to live out the
physical adventures I have when living for two (like
rock climbing or bungee jumping or jumping out of
planes, my sister's dream, for instance), and that's
okay! But, I'm guessing you'd love more freedom and
celebration and connection in your life. In "taking" my
sister with me," so to speak, through the adventures of
living here on terra firma and flying through the
literal clouds tethered to a parachute, I believe she's
living out her unfulfilled dreams as well - living
vicariously. We have the best of both worlds, the two of
us. She, giving me heavenly support and guidance, and I
access to life on this grand, beautiful dense earth.
Each healed through the other.
If you keep an open mind as you walk the journey into
connecting with your loved ones who have passed on, or
after death communications, you'll walk away with ideas
you've never thought of, techniques that bring you peace
(even excitement), and a renewed sense that everything
happens for a reason and is part of a larger, benevolent
plan. Then I know I've done my job. I mean, my sister
Kathy and I have done our jobs.
