High Quality Funeral Programs

I am so tired of seeing bland funeral programs. You know
the ones I'm talking about! Faded edges, rays of light,
soft pastels and muted tones, dreamy waterfalls, fluffy
clouds, not to mention cheesy and almost cringe worthy
graphics. These types of designs may work for some
people but it definitely doesn't sit right with me.
When I die I want something BRIGHT and perhaps even a
little cheerful. I want beautiful and creative
quotes/poems that truly relate to me. I want a fantastic
image of myself on the front looking my absolute best.
But most of all I want my funeral program to reflect me
and my personalty.
It may just be because I'm a graphic designer that I
have given this so much thought or perhaps I'm just a
little too self obsessed! It just seems so wrong that
the last piece of printed material about my life should
be so inaccurate and out of touch with who I am or was.
After all many people now take home a copy of the
program as a keepsake, some even framing it as a lasting
memory so to me it seems super important that it be a
true and accurate visual record of my life.
